La temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019eau (ici entre 32\u00b0 et 33\u00b0) exerce une action <strong>s\u00e9dative<\/strong> et <strong>d\u00e9contracturante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; En utilisant le principe d\u2019Archim\u00e8de, le niveau d\u2019immersion permet la mise en charge partielle. Les mouvements se font plus ais\u00e9ment et sans crainte. Les exercices dans l\u2019eau permettent de <strong>redonner de la mobilit\u00e9 aux articulations<\/strong> (dos, hanche, cheville, \u00e9paule\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La r\u00e9sistance exerc\u00e9e par l\u2019eau permet de <strong>renforcer les muscles du corps<\/strong>.
